  • Cancellations

    Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients who fail to provide adequate notice will be subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee.

    I understand that life happens, and I will work to reschedule you to another date rather than cancel. Personal emergencies will be taken into consideration if you are unable to contact me.

  • No Shows

    All No Shows will be charged for 100% of the service. If you know you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out to cancel or reschedule.

    You will be required to leave a 50% deposit for all future appointments after a No Show.

  • Late Arrival

    I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but please be aware that arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

    Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a Late Cancellation and/or No Show.

  • Health & Illness

    For everyone’s safety, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or have been exposed to COVID, RSV, or any other flu/cold like illnesses. Please take care of your health & the health of the public by staying home with your cooties :)

    If you come to your appointment while under the weather, you will be rescheduled to another date.

  • Refunds

    Refunds are not provided for services rendered, but if you are unhappy with your service, please let me know so I can make it right! Things happen and maybe there was some miscommunication that lead to the situation, and I am more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue at hand.

  • Gratuity/Tips

    Gratuity is not included in the service price. It is not required to leave a tip after your service, but it is always greatly appreciated :)

    If you feel inclined to leave gratuity, the industry standard is 15-20% of the service price.

  • Children

    To ensure a safe and relaxing atmosphere, I ask that you don’t bring your children with you for your appointment.

    Children above the age of 15 may receive services with a parent/guardian’s approval & signature.

  • Discounts

    I mean, who doesn’t love a good discount! I offer promotional discounts throughout the year for special occasions/holidays. Refer a friend to receive $15 off!

    Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise on the promotion.

  • Confidentiality

    Maintaining my clients' privacy and confidentiality is essential to me. I am committed to protecting the information that my clients share with me, and will not share it with anyone without written permission.
